The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents

his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for

the Colonies, London, and with reference to his secret

note of 18th March, 1939, on the subject of returns

of war materials exported to China from Hong Kong, is

for the period 12th March, 1939, to 25th March, 1939.
